Initial diagnosis using photos or video, spare parts and maintenance within the agreed scope of supply.
The three-year warranty, delivery within 30 days after the acceptance letter, free installation and one annual maintenance visit in the profile refer to a specific tender offer. Terms for each purchase are confirmed in the official quotation.

How do I buy a product?
Choose a product, select “Enquire about product” and send your enquiry on WhatsApp. FMSPORT will confirm specifications, availability, pricing, payment and delivery before proceeding with your order.
Can I request a quotation for a school or club?
Yes. Send your product list, quantities, organisation name and delivery location using “Request a quotation”.
Are homestay dates confirmed immediately?
Date enquiries are sent on WhatsApp for review. Bookings are confirmed by the homestay team after rates, terms and payment arrangements are agreed.
What about delivery and returns?
Delivery costs, lead times and return terms vary by product. Ask FMSPORT for written confirmation before making payment.
