House rules
Keep the house clean; no indoor smoking; pets require prior permission and are not allowed in bedrooms. Turn off appliances and taps when not in use.
Shared comfort
Keep noise low, especially after 10 PM. Handle furniture with care, report damage or loss and dispose of rubbish before departure.
Room rules
No food or drinks in bedrooms. Durian, petai, tempoyak and strong-smelling foods are not allowed in bedrooms. Lock your room when leaving. Damage charges apply where relevant.
Early check-in and late check-out
Early check-in fee RM100. Late check-out fee RM100. Subject to availability and prior agreement with the homestay.
